Subject: I believe everything the Leviathan says
They are all fit
and proper people those FSA directors, officers and others.
They blamed every
other ISP for their website being 'down' for six days, some of these ISPs have
servers in the US, some are in the UK and some are in Europe yet these ISPs
couldn't find www.fsa.gov.uk for SIX days,
no it wasn't the FSA's own systems that failed, the same systems that are
meant to be the 'Hub' in a disaster, at first they blamed a 'hub' in an
unknown place, then they blamed an unknown man with a shovel in an unknown
hole in an unknown road in London, then they blamed an unknown 'junction box'
that was mysteriously full of water in another unknown place.
There is more:
Representatives
of the FSA told me to my face that their Board would never vote on anything
that would contravene Article 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998 yet the Board did
just that when it imposed an extra six months for time bars on 1st June 2004
without consulting one single IFA, they didn't even consult the OFT despite a
law that requires them to do so.
The same FSA
representatives told me to my face that rules are not retrospective yet they
and the the FOS apply them as such, or ignore them as and when it meets
their needs. Look at the issue of 'Red Letter' rules and how these have been
used retrospectively despite their own research in 2002 that shows 99% of
'consumers' were well aware of the problems thanks to their own advertising
and publicity and numerous comprehensive consumer documents explaining
the issues, see here: http://www.fsa.gov.uk/pubs/consumer-research/me_research.pdf
They also told me
that the FOS is not the appropriate place to determine complex cases where a
third party has contributed to a 'LOSS' a 'consumer' is complaining
about.
Yes I believe
everything the Leviathan says because it is represented by fit and proper
people, listen so some of them here: www.leviathanlaidbare.co.uk.
